|Automatic welding|

BARUZZI SALDATURE has "Saldomatic" machines which, by automatic processes, grant homogeneity of welded joints, precision in the creation of welded joints and prompt delivery of work-pieces.

Semiautomatic processes
Filler metal is formed by a continuous wire and automatically comes out with an ever-speed from the end of a torch or a welding gun which is held by the worker who moves it along the joint.

Automatic processes
Filler metal is a continuous wire which automatically flows out from a "head" fixed on a cart which automatically moves along the joint. The worker must only correctly place the welding head, control the welding process and perform little adjustments when required.

Computerized processes
Computerized processes are totally programmed and the worker has the only duty of placing the welding machine (if necessary), to start it and to stop the automatic welding in case it is not correctly performed.

Robotized processes
Robotized welding is completely performed by a robot which calibrates the process on different welding methods according to the computer data.
